Booking guide

Step 1: Select your tour

Once you select your tour on our website please click on 'Book now' which will lead you to our hotel booking form.

Step 2: Complete our form

Please fill all required information on our form. Click on 'Send' button on bottom of the page. If you wish to place another tour, please complete step 1 and 2 separately.

Step 3: Confirm your tour

Once sending your booking form to us, you will immediately receive our email with details of your booking.

We will then process to check with all related service's availabilities then confirm your tour booking within 24 hours.

If all services are available, we will send you an email with detailing of your services such as hotels, airlines, joining instruction, timing, costing, deadline...etc...
If any service is not available, we will try to suggest other alternative options for you to consider.
If you choose our customized tour service, we will send our proposal itinerary for your consideration or decision.

Step 4: Payment

Once you have decided to book our tour, we will send you our bank account for wire transfer or secured links for credit card online payment.

Payments can be made by using our payment methods

If your departure is more than 30 days: deposit 20% of total tour's cost or minimum of 100 USD per person is required.
If your departure is less than 30 days: full payment is required.
Our cancellation policy will apply once you have submitted your credit cards or other methods of payment.

Step 5: Get your service voucher

Once your payment have been authorized by our bank, we will issue our service voucher by email.

Our reservations department operates from 7h00am to 7h00pm everyday (GMT + 07:00 time), 7 days a week and we will be happy to assist you.

Arrival in Vietnam

Upon arrival in Vietnam you will be met at the airport by an Easy Tours representative holding a sign containing your name. If for any reason you do not immediately see your representative, a cell phone number is provided on the reservation confirmation which can be used to contact them (This rarely happens, but sometimes the airport is exceptionally busy and the two parties do not see each other immediately). From here you are in the care of an experienced our tour guide (if you have booked a package tour)
